We are excited to announce that the NEW City of Kindred Online Payment Portal is now available!! You can begin to enjoy the comprehensive, user-friendly portal that includes the ability to pay your utility bills via a one-time guest payment or register for online access to save payment methods, set up recurring automatic payments, and enroll in text-to-pay. Payments can be made with a credit/debit card (processing fees apply) or ACH directly through your checking or savings bank account (no fee). Register for online access using your utility billing account number located on the front of your bill. Note that the due date is 4/15/26, not 3/15/26.

The old ubmax online Bill & Pay portal is no longer valid. Your previous login and registration for email billing or autopay did not transfer to the new system. YOU WILL NEED TO CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT AT THE LINK ABOVE and enroll for email billing and/or autopay again.
