Home: Welcome

In Kindred, "kindness" isn't just a buzzword in another tagline; it truly is a way of life here. Residents enjoy the quiet, small-town atmosphere where you get a wave "hello" from passing cars and neighbors visit on each other's porches.  Kindred's close proximity (25 minutes from FMWF) to "big city" conveniences and a vast network of employment opportunities has made it an enviable location, yet the atmosphere remains true to our small-town North Dakota roots.

Kindred began as an agricultural community and that tradition continues today. While agriculture still plays a large part in Kindred's economy and culture, the community continues to grow and expand in many sectors. Both residential and commercial growth have created one of the best small towns in ND for you and your family to live, work, and play.
